Move callwords sfx into config.ini to remove theme dependance.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Callwords are, thanks to some very smart thinking of someone else we all could only hope to grasp, bound to a users theme, meaning is cumbersome to change, bound to said theme and will be overwritten with any courtroom_sounds.ini update.

Move the callword sfx configuration to the clients config.ini and make it configurable trough the callwords tab

None. This should not even be an issue to begin with.
