egrepis the same asgrep -Ebut direct invocation asegrepis deprecated and is only provided to allow historical applications that rely on it to run unmodified. This change modifies 8 files to usegrep -Einstead by replacing all instances ofegrepwithgrep -E. I don't believe this commit will cause any problems but I'll admit I haven't tested it. It should reduce the number of warning messages.
