Github education access got revoked and renewing is getting rejected. Please help

Hi everyone,

Hello, I have already taken the GitHub education and I got an email for renewing it. i submitted the id card clearly, but it states that I am not near the campus location. I came for winter vacations to my home town and I want to renew it now because I currently need it for some other work. I can provide the ID card if needed and any other details. Can someone help me regarding this? Thanks

Hi @ritwikdurga,

Considering that you are on school break, you have to submit the application when you are back at your campus, otherwise it will be rejected again due to location mismatch, as also stated in the Student Developer Pack Application FAQs:

In order to qualify for the GitHub education program, we must be able to verify that you are either located close to your campus, or that you are a part of a verifiable distance learning program.
